BryCoat CVD Coatings, featuring uniform Titanium Carbide (TiC) coating of precision bearing balls are used to improve performance in high value instrument bearing applications.

BryCoat uses a specialized CVD process developed by CSEM of Neuchâtel Switzerland to deposit ultra-hard ceramic material uniformly onto bearing balls.

CVD stands for Chemical Vapor Deposition. This process uses chemical precursor materials that react at high temperature in the vacuum chamber to form the desired coating materials. BryCoat uses a specialized CVD process for a custom TiC-based coating.
